LitBuy Sneakers

Sneakers are the biggest category on LitBuy Spreadsheets. Most listings come from Weidian and Taobao sellers who specialize in a handful of silhouettes and post detailed photos of every angle. Prices, materials, and packaging vary a lot between sellers offering the same model, so read the listing, compare seller photos, and use LitBuy's QC pictures before you release a shipment. Sizing follows CN/EU numbers, not US, which trips up first-time buyers.

Sneaker sizing: CN, EU, and US

Chinese sneaker listings use CN sizes, which are the same numbers as EU sizes. A CN 42 is an EU 42, which is roughly a US men's 8.5. Sellers rarely list US sizes, and when they do, the conversion can be off by half a size. The safest method is foot length: measure your foot in centimeters from heel to the tip of your longest toe, then match it to the length column in the listing's size chart. Half sizes exist for most models but not all, so if a seller only stocks full sizes, ask through LitBuy whether the pair fits large or small before ordering. Different molds fit differently even at the same number.

What "batch" means and how QC photos help

On spreadsheets you will see the word batch next to sneakers. A batch is a production run from a specific factory, and sellers use batch names to tell buyers which version of a shoe they are selling. Two listings for the same model can come from different batches with different shapes, materials, and prices. Because listing photos are often stock images, LitBuy's QC photos are the real check. When the pair reaches the warehouse, the agent photographs it from several angles. Look at toe box shape, stitching on the midsole, heel tab alignment, and whether the pair matches the batch you paid for. If something looks wrong, you can request a return or exchange before the shoes ship out.

Prices and shipping weight

Most sneakers on the spreadsheet fall between 200 and 600 CNY, with simpler canvas or slip-on models below 200 CNY and premium leather models above 600 CNY. Shipping is where the real cost lands. A boxed pair usually weighs 1 to 1.5 kilograms, and the box adds volume that some shipping lines charge for. Asking LitBuy to remove the box and ship the shoes in a bag typically saves 200 to 400 grams and reduces volumetric weight. If you want the box, consider flattening it and shipping it alongside the shoes. Combine several pairs in one parcel to spread the base fee across items; most lines get cheaper per kilogram as the parcel gets heavier.

Before you order

Sneaker sellers on Chinese marketplaces come and go, and links can die without warning. Open a listing before you order and use LitBuy's QC photos to check the pair you actually receive.

Sneakers — common questions

Should I order my usual EU size or size up?

Order the size that matches your foot length in centimeters. Most sneakers run true to EU size, but narrow molds like some running silhouettes fit tight. If the seller chart shows a length that is at least 0.5 cm longer than your foot, you are usually fine. When in doubt, ask the agent to check with the seller.

Can I see the shoes before they ship to me?

Yes. When the pair arrives at the LitBuy warehouse, staff take QC photos and upload them to your order. You review them and either approve the item or request a return to the seller. This step is standard and is the main reason to buy through an agent instead of ordering direct.

Does removing the shoebox really save money?

Usually. Boxes add volume and weight, and many shipping lines calculate cost on volumetric weight for bulky parcels. Removing the box can cut 200 to 400 grams per pair. If you want to keep it, ask LitBuy to flatten the box rather than discard it; that is a common compromise.
